Smoking Policy
Kondalilla Eco Resort is proud to announce that effective immediately we are now a 100% Smoke Free Property. Our resort is situated next to a National Park and for the safe keeping of guests and the environment, our cabins, car parks, common areas, poolside, pathways and gardens are all 100% smoke free. By direction of the law, management can enforce an on the spot fine of $150 for anyone found to be smoking within the resort grounds. In the event, this policy is not adhered too, additional fines of $150 can be enforced and reported to Queensland Police Services. For more information visit www.health.gov.au
Cancellation Policy

We take full payment at the time of reservation, however, as we want to remain as flexible as possible for our guests, all reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to check in, without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full amount.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for weather, natural disasters and external factors which may prohibit your stay. We recommend you seek independent travel insurance if you are concerned external factors may impede your stay.

Guests staying at Kondalilla Eco Resort take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages incurred during their stay.

Kondalilla Eco Resort takes no responsibility for any damage, lost or stolen items from accommodation, including damage caused by natural events to vehicles parked within the grounds.

We advise all guests to securely lock their accommodation and/or motor vehicle when unoccupied and in poor weather to move their vehicles to a safer site to avoid damage from falling debris. No refunds will be issued nor liable for any insurance claims
Early Departure: No refunds will be applied should you decide to check out early.
Security: A valid credit card will be required for payment at the time placing your booking. Credit cards will be held securely on file and will be applied to any unpaid account balances, damage, excessive cleaning or any other charge warranted by management.
Maximum Stay: Kondalilla Eco Resort is 100% short-term accommodation business. Maximum length stay is 28 days, sorry no permanent or semi-permanent residents accepted. No permanent residents are accepted and the maximum stay length is 28 days.
Check-in time: Check-in is from 2pm. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arrival time, however in some incidents there maybe some delays.
Check-out time: Check-out time is 10am for all guests. Requests for late check-outs are subject to availability.
Child Policy: Infant 0-2 years inclusive (free of charge), Children 2-17 years inclusive, Adult 18 years and above.
Occupants: The quoted tariff is based on the number of adults and children provided at the time of booking. Should the number vary, the tariff may alter. All bookings must include one adult (over 18 years of age) in the reservation with all children to be accompanied and responsible for by an adult during their stay.
Office hours: 9am-4pm. Should you be arriving outside of these hours, please let us know and we’ll make special arrangements. On site management is accessible 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency.
Visitor Policy: Any ‘day visitors’ must check-in at reception, during peak times we may have to restrict the number of day visitors allowed due to legal restrictions. We thank you for your cooperation.
Noise: At all times please consider your surrounds and the quiet enjoyment of other guests. A strictly enforced noise restriction applies at 10pm to ensure the enjoyment for all guests.
Pets: Unfortunately, as we are adjacent to the Kondalilla National Park we are unable to accommodate pets.
Picnic Creek Event Room, Restaurant & Bar: We are a fully licensed premises. You are not permitted to bring you own off-site catering and/or beverages to our Kondalilla Restaurant, Picnic Creek Event Room and Deck area’s located within the deemed ‘licensed restaurant’ premises. $10 cakeage applies to all those who wish to bring cakes for any large group parties. BYO Wine only which will incur a $10 per bottle corkage fee.

This statement discloses the privacy practices for the entire Kondalilla Eco Resort website. We respect the privacy of our customers and therefore have adopted a set of information management guidelines that are the foundation of our customer relationships.These guidelines have been developed with the recognition that Internet technologies are rapidly evolving and that underlying business models are still not established. Accordingly, guidelines are subject to change. Any such changes will be posted on this page as required. By accessing, browsing or paying for services, downloads, products and/or events from Kondalilla Eco Resort you signify your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
